  • We work collaboratively because we are more than just information providers
  • We are not constrained by size – our expertise enables speed, effectiveness
  • We will take personal responsibility for research impact, always focused on outcomes

OUR ORIGINS THE EVOLUTION OF OUR DECISION-FOCUSED TEAM

Launched in 1999, Mark S. Jones founded MMR Research Associates, Inc., with the goal of filling a gap in an industry focused too heavily on methodology. Most of the early team earned Masters of Marketing Research (MMR) degrees from the University of Georgia in Athens, Ga., hence the company’s name. But from the beginning, MMR has provided superior marketing research services to clients who seek greater professionalism and added value from a research partner.

Over the last decade the company has evolved from a small, boutique service provider to a mid-sized, versatile, full-service marketing research firm. Our focus has expanded beyond research studies in the United States to include a global support network, performing customized research in almost any country in the world.

In 2014, Bill Denk and Bruce Olson, both former Senior Partners, became Co-Owners and Managing Partners of MMR Research Associates and since then have sharpened the company’s focus and enabled growth. They lead a team of talented, highly experienced and educated marketing research professionals, most having at least 15 if not 20+ years serving in previous client-side and/or supply-side roles.
