Jennifer Sullivan Joins Growing Client Services Team

JenniferSullivanJennifer Sullivan has been hired as Director, Client Services, joining the growing MMR Research Associates team. The addition of Jennifer adds even more senior experience breadth and bench depth for the group of specialists who uphold MMR’s client relationships.

Jennifer is MMR’s third new hire in recent months, coming at a time of controlled, purposeful growth for the research firm.

“MMR continues to expand and evolve in response to what we see as a growing need for providers who have the experience to truly consult and partner with clients to help them solve problems and make their lives a little easier,” said Bruce Olson, Managing Partner. “With Jennifer, we add another extremely experienced team member in our southwest region capable of providing this high level of impact for our clients.”

Her role at MMR will focus on working with clients and the client relationship group, working on small teams to own and manage projects from the questionnaire to final report delivery to provide the answers that will help drive client growth.

“I am excited about starting this new chapter of my marketing research career at MMR,” remarked Jennifer. “In just a few short weeks I can already see the added value that MMR brings to its partnerships with clients. We are committed to not just providing an answer but to providing the information that clients can use to actually move their businesses forward.”

With a career that has covered all aspects of the evaluation process from interviewer to project manager, Jennifer also brings extensive knowledge of data management and processing to MMR. She has broad experience with research methods for diverse respondent groups such as children, consumers, and medical professionals including specialized physicians.

Before coming to MMR, Jennifer spent more than two decades at M/A/R/C® Research, directing numerous field and telephone projects. She then moved into project management, excelling at forecasting for new products and line extensions in categories ranging from CPG and technology to financial and health care. Additionally, she has specific experience with online pharmaceutical research for pricing, messaging and segmentations studies involving a variety of therapeutic areas.

A Dallas/Ft. Worth native, Jennifer earned her B.B.A. in Marketing from The University of North Texas, and now resides just outside Big Bend National Park in Terlingua, TX. She serves as a board member for the Terlingua Fire and EMS Department, and is a Site Base Committee member for the school district.
