Former Intern Joins Full-Time Staff

In a previous post we profiled Brea Wagner, a recent Clemson University graduate who interned at MMR during fall semester 2017. Today, we are pleased to announce that Brea has joined MMR full time as Client Services and Operations Associate.

“Hiring Brea was a logical fit with our planned growth and our habit of grabbing great talent when we see it,” explained Bruce Olson, managing partner. “We take on interns, because it is important to all of us here at MMR that we help develop the next generation of researchers.  But the quality of Brea’s work and level of motivation during her internship were very impressive, and we wanted to reward that and give her a chance to expand her experience even further before she, (we assume) goes off to the MMR program to continue her education.”

During her internship, Brea gained experience with a variety of research methodologies and tasks including survey testing and quality control. In her new role, she will expand on this, supporting the Operations Team and Client Service Directors on all aspects of the research execution, (questionnaire design, field management/data processing, programming quality control, analysis planning, and report production) as well as continue assisting with MMR marketing communication activities from her internship.

Brea enjoys traveling and international cultural study, and has spent time in Beijing, Buenos Aires and Prague. As someone who is fascinated by the “why” and “how” people make decisions, she hopes one day to apply her multi-national experience in her research pursuits. Additionally, Brea plans to pursue a graduate degree in Marketing Research from UGA’s prestigious Masters of Marketing Research.
